Emily is an undergraduate student pursuing a major in biostatistics. Her primary research interests include using computational techniques to explore the relationship between genomic data and mental illnesses. She has been passionate about scientific research ever since her first project creating a water leak detector in the 7th grade! Outside of school, she enjoys baking cookies, hiking and adding to her growing pin collection.
