Dr Xavier has been appointed the Director of the Biobehavioral lab aka the BBL starting 5/1/2022. The BBL is a core research laboratory at UNC Chapel Hill Campus offering an array of research and training services to advance the biobehavioral sciences including genetics/genomics, epigenetics, exercise/physical activity, nutrition, metabolism, neuroscience, neonatology, respiratory and environmental health, vascular aging, biochemistry, and more.
